"On August 10, 2011 we had three new patio doors installed by Window World of Chattanooga. The installers were great (Andrew and his brother-in-law). Not only did they do a very professional job, they worked hard, cleaned up, filled out our papers for our rebate with TVA and were very courteous. We would recommend these two installers to anyone! "I wanted to take the time to call and write Window World of Chattanooga in regards to the windows that where put into my home. In January of 2005, I purchased 14 windows from Window World. On Wednesday April 27, 2011, my home was struck by a tornado. The tornado demolished one home beside me and severely damaged the other. It took the roof off my home, and dropped it back down and then knocked over one whole wall. Through all of this, my Window World Windows stayed intact. Out of the fourteen windows, I had two buckle out of the wall from pressure and only one of those windows broke. Even the windows in the wall that fell did not break. Through the years, we had had other windows put in our home from other companies and all of those windows were broken after the tornado. When we are able to rebuild, WE WILL be using Window World for our new Windows. This damage has allowed me to see the quality of the product of Window World. Thank You!"

Our new Window World windows were installed a Tuesday a couple of weeks ago and Jane and I are elated with the quality of work by your installers, Andy and Kirk. Once we got over the initial shock of having the first of our old aluminum windows knocked out, we could see the new vinyl windows was so superior in looks and operation. I watched Kirk as he carefully inspected and tested each window as he put them in place. Then came Andy with his "magic" caulking gun and finished each caulk line to perfection. It was refreshing to see someone so intrested in doing the job right. While shopping for replacement windows we were told some horror stories about shoddy workmanship and poor installation by competing firms. All of our fears were laid to rest as we watched your crew work. Bottom line, we love our new windows. We can't yet claim any benefits from heating or AC cost but after cleaning all the windows in the house this morning, we are definitely satisfied customers.
