We had a few friends that had used Window World for window replacement. After hearing all the positive feedback from them we contacted them to come give us a quote. We had 23 windows to replace. The installers arrived on time and were very efficient. We had been told to allow for a day and a half for install with so many windows but to our surprise the crew of 3 arrived at 8 am and were gone at 4pm! They did notice a small crack in the large picture window after install and called before they left to have a replacement glass ordered.
So far we are very happy with our windows. Looking toward to Fall weather so we can enjoy some fresh air. (PS as you can see in the pics they are doggie approved too!)

I had my original windows of 41 years recently replaced with new windows by Window World. I absolutely love my new windows and you definitely can not beat the cost. The gentlemen that installed them were project focused, professional, excelled in workmanship, and such a joy to work with. Before going anywhere else, please get a quote from Window World...you will not be disappointed.

Today I experienced top notch second mile customer service today. The installers at window world went above and beyond to take care of our home and family today. They didn’t just upgrade our home ….they made an impact on our lives. Small things can be huge when it comes to customer service in a post pandemic era. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the estimate and the install today Window World was easy to work with!!

We had an outstanding experience with Window World of Chattanooga! From our first appointment with Jon Travis, to Brock's measurements, Chase coordinating the installation, and Christian and Marcello installing our new windows, everyone was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
The entire process took only four weeks from signing the contract to installation. Their level of customer service really impressed us!
Christian and Marcello did beautiful work, cleaned up thoroughly, and even cleaned the new windows before they left. Our home looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We highly recommend Window World of Chattanooga!
