Oh my gosh where do I start? Window World of Chattanooga is awesome! At first we weren't sure they would come due to the location where we live which is 90 miles from Chattanooga, 120 mole from Atlanta, and 125 miles from Asheville. But the Chattanooga location came through for us. From the 1st contact with the sales rep, the tech that came and measured the windows, and the installation crew, everything was flawless! They were here when they said they would be and the installation crew was friendly, professional and did everything from removal to complete installation of all windows in about 9 hours. If you're in the market for new windows, call Window World of Chattanooga. There's no need to call those other Window companies. The windows are quality built to your needs and guaranteed for life!

After consulting with numerous window companies I chose to go with Window World based on price range and quality of the windows . Ten years ago I had a very positive experience with Window World but knowing things change overtime with subcontractors coming and going I was nervous about choosing any company . Window World should up and showed out that’s for sure . The two installers showed their talent very fast upon arriving with setting up all their equipment and getting started. I can’t give them enough credit and praise for their flawless performance. There was small issue with outer color on the sash tracks since they were a special color order that wasn’t clearly defined in the sales process but they are working toward a solution to correct this issue. I would definitely recommend them for your window needs.
